(1) According to section 19, the Ministry shall constitute a review committee as follows to review the punishment and decision of the Executive Director:-
(a) Joint Secretary, Ministry - Chairman (b) Deputy Secretary, Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs - Member (c) One Expert on Probability Test - Member
(2) According to section 19 - the party who is not satisfied with the punishment or decision made by the executive director may submit an application to the review committee as per sub-section (1) within fifteen days for its review.
(3) The appeal committee on the application received under sub-section (2). Necessary decision should be given within thirty days.
(4) Other procedures related to review shall be as prescribed.
